What is Passive Stretching?

Passive Table Stretching

Client will achieve maximum stretch while the Stretch Therapist does all the work to increase the resting length of the muscle. Joints and soft tissue will be moved through its normal range of motion.  Our services are 45 minute sessions and split up into Upper body and Lower Body. Lower body to include but not limited to (ie; quads, hamstrings, calves, hips, tibialis anterior, and glutes. Upper Body to included but not limited to (ie; Biceps, Triceps, all neck muscles back and core. Passive Stretch can be used for particular conditions like Plantar Fascitis, Sciatica, and Carpal Tunnel. Gym shorts/ yoga pants and tank or t- shirt are worn during session and you remain fully clothed and on top of the table. Our Passive Stretch Therapist is a Licensed Athletic Trainer.
